Jobigo AI — Terms of Service

Applies to Jobigo SaaS platform subscriptions (Flow A)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Jobigo software platform by businesses that subscribe to Jobigo AI. They apply when Jobigo AI is the business / merchant for SaaS subscription charges.

These Terms do not govern locksmith→customer payments collected using Jobigo-enabled payment tools. Those transactions are governed separately by the Jobigo Merchant Terms (/merchant-terms) and related payment policy disclosures (/payments).

1. Service / Platform Description

Jobigo provides a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM), dispatch, AI communication, and payment-facilitation software platform designed for locksmith businesses. The platform allows businesses to manage service requests, dispatch technicians, communicate with customers, facilitate customer payments, and manage business operations through web and mobile applications.

Jobigo AI does not perform locksmith services for end customers. Locksmith services sold by subscribers to their own customers are the responsibility of those independent locksmith businesses.

2. Merchant / Business Information

For SaaS subscription charges under these Terms, Jobigo AI is the relevant business / merchant.

3. Eligibility / Account Responsibility

Access to the Jobigo platform is intended for businesses and authorized representatives who subscribe to use Jobigo’s software. The subscriber is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Activities that occur under the account
  • Ensuring that persons who use the account are authorized to do so on behalf of the subscriber business

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Access to the Jobigo platform is provided through a monthly or annual subscription plan, depending on the plan selected at signup or in account billing settings.

Subscription fees, plan features, and billing intervals are as presented at the time of purchase or as later updated in the account or on Jobigo’s pricing materials.

5. Recurring Payment Authorization

By subscribing to Jobigo, the customer authorizes recurring billing according to the selected subscription plan.

Subscription charges continue on the applicable monthly or annual cycle until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms or billing otherwise ends.

SaaS subscription payments are processed through Jobigo’s payment processing partners. Additional payment-context disclosures are described in the Payment Processing Policy (/payments).

6. Transaction Currency

All SaaS subscription transactions under these Terms are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

7. Accepted Payment Methods

Jobigo accepts major credit and debit cards and other electronic payment methods supported for SaaS subscription checkout at the time of payment. Supported methods may change as Jobigo’s payment partners and product configuration evolve.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Jobigo SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable.

Once a billing cycle has been charged, no refunds will be issued for that billing period.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not retroactively refund charges already processed.

These refund and cancellation rules apply only to Jobigo SaaS subscription charges under these Terms. Refund rules for locksmith→customer payments are described separately in the Payment Processing Policy (Refunds and Cancellations) and Merchant Terms (/merchant-terms).

9. Service Access / Delivery

Jobigo is delivered as a cloud-based software service accessible through web browsers and mobile applications.

Access is provided electronically upon successful account registration and payment (or as otherwise stated for the selected plan at the time of signup).

Jobigo does not ship physical goods as the SaaS product under these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

Subscribers may use the Jobigo platform only for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable law. Subscribers must not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt service, or use Jobigo tools to engage in unlawful activity.

11. Customer Data / Content Responsibilities

Subscribers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they submit to the Jobigo platform, including customer, job, and business data they choose to store or process using Jobigo.

Jobigo’s handling of personal information in connection with the platform is described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy).

12. Intellectual Property

The Jobigo platform—including software, branding, and related materials provided by Jobigo AI—is owned by Jobigo AI or its licensors. Subscribers receive a limited right to access and use the platform during an active subscription as described in these Terms. No ownership of Jobigo intellectual property is transferred by subscription.

13. Third-Party Services / Payment Processing

The Jobigo platform may interoperate with third-party services, including payment processing partners used for SaaS subscription billing and for payment-facilitation features available to subscribers.

Payment-related disclosures for Jobigo payment contexts are set out in the Payment Processing Policy (/payments). Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy (/privacy).

Jobigo does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for third-party terms, availability, or practices except as required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

14. Suspension / Termination

Subscribers may stop future SaaS billing by cancelling the subscription as described in Refunds and Cancellations.

15. Disclaimers / Limitation of Liability

This section is not finalized. No warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability (including any liability cap), or indemnification terms are stated in these Terms until counsel approves them.

16. Changes to Terms

Jobigo may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current Terms for SaaS platform subscriptions.

17. Governing Law / Disputes

This section is not finalized. No governing law, venue, or arbitration terms are stated in these Terms until counsel approves them.
