Applies to locksmith → customer payments (not Jobigo SaaS subscriptions)
These Jobigo Merchant Terms are intended to apply when an end customer pays a locksmith business for locksmith services using Jobigo-enabled payment tools (including Payment Link and Tap to Pay where applicable).
They are not the Jobigo AI Terms of Service for SaaS platform subscriptions. SaaS subscription terms are published separately at /terms.
For locksmith customer payments covered by these Merchant Terms, the merchant of record is the locksmith business that provides the service and receives the payment—not Jobigo AI.
Jobigo AI provides software and payment-facilitation tools used by locksmith businesses. Jobigo AI does not perform locksmith services for the end customer in this context.
Payments under these Merchant Terms relate to locksmith services performed by the merchant locksmith business (for example lockouts, rekeying, lock replacement, key services, and related on-site or remote locksmith work), as described to the customer at the time of the transaction.
By submitting payment information or authorizing payment through a Jobigo-enabled payment flow, the customer authorizes the locksmith merchant to charge the stated amount for the identified services.
Unless otherwise stated on the payment surface, transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Refund and cancellation rules for locksmith customer payments are described in the Jobigo Payment Processing Policy under Refunds and Cancellations. That section is the canonical source for locksmith-service refund and cancellation terms under these Merchant Terms.
How and when locksmith services are considered delivered or completed, and how parts or materials are treated, is described in the Payment Processing Policy under Delivery / Fulfillment.
Consistent with the locksmith-customer payment policy under Refunds and Cancellations, customers are responsible for:
Consistent with the locksmith-customer payment policy under Refunds and Cancellations, the locksmith business that performed the service is responsible for:
The locksmith merchant—not Jobigo AI—is responsible for the locksmith services sold to the end customer. Jobigo provides the payment platform used to process transactions but does not perform locksmith services and does not determine refund decisions for services performed by independent locksmith businesses.
Handling of personal information in connection with Jobigo’s platform is described in the Jobigo Privacy Policy (/privacy). The locksmith merchant may also collect or process customer information in connection with the service.
For questions about the locksmith service or a charge for that service, customers should contact the locksmith business that provided the service (the merchant of record for that payment).
For technical issues with Jobigo payment tooling, customers may contact Jobigo at team@jobigoai.com.
This section is not finalized. No governing-law, venue, arbitration, limitation-of-liability, or related legal terms are stated in these Merchant Terms until counsel approves them.
